Development Plans Near Bradenton Motorsports Park Proceed Despite Public Outcry

SMR Taylor Ranch has proposed a 4,500 home development near the Freedom Factory race track and Bradenton Motor Speedway.  Yet despite massive objection from the public, the Manatee County Board of County Commissioners voted to proceed with a State review of the plan.  Only 2 board members residing in East County dissented - James Satcher and Jason Bearden.  To read the full article simply click this link.

Volunteers Still Needed At The Manatee County Fair

It may be Christmas time but the 107th Manatee County Fair is less than a month away!   It will be held on January 12th through the 22nd, 2023 at the Manatee County Fair Grounds in Palmetto.  This annual event draws thousands of visitors and is great family fun.  Our friends at the Manatee County Republican Executive Committee (MCREC) will be hosting a table there again this year.  They will be distributing information flyers, and assisting with voter registration.

We are asking all Manatee Patriots subscribers to volunteer for a few hours during the fair. It's a tremendous way to meet your neighbors and help promote the Republican Party.  The MCREC has provided an online form so that signing up is easy.  Just click here, fill in your contact information and the day(s) and time slot(s) you are interested in and that's it!

To learn more about this fantastic event, please reach out to Alice Kaddatz at (941) 725-8947.

Manatee County Legislative Delegation Meeting

Don't forget!  The annual Manatee County Legislative Delegation Meeting will be held on January 12, 2023 between 8:30am-Noon.  The meeting will take place at the Bradenton City Council Chambers located at 101 12th St W, Bradenton, Fl 34205.

This is an excellent opportunity to address your elected representatives before they head off to their new offices.

from Defend Florida

Be Heard Not Herded

You may recall in our previous newsletter that the Supreme Court is scheduled to review a case brought by the Brunson brothers.  This extraordinary case contends that all US Congressmen and Senators who voted to certify the 2020 Presidential election are guilty of treason!  It is a miracle that this case has proceeded this far.  So in order to motivate the court to take up the case, our friends at Defend Florida have initiated a letter writing campaign.  This campaign  stresses that the letters should be hand written to achieve maximum impact.  To learn more about this important campaign, just click this link.

Our own Dr. Stephen Guffanti has offered the following as well:

"We have a chance that the Supreme Court will hear this case. To learn more here is a link: https://ralandbrunson.com/.  Please consider writing a letter.  Here is mine.

RE: Brunson v. Alma S. Adams et al

No.: 22-380

Dear Justices,

I support the above referenced case. I am concerned the United States has experienced a national security breach during the 2020 election. Congress had a duty to investigate, but abandoned their duty. I ask that you stand against the adherence of foreign and domestic enemies and uphold the supreme law of the land by granting this petition. You truly are in a position that represents a court system greater than the world has ever seen.

I pray for the right and just outcome and I am grateful for your time and consideration.

Stephen Guffanti, MD"
